Till Fellner (Vienna 1972), winner of the Clara Haskil competition 1993, studied with, among others, Alfred Brendel. In the seasons 2008-2010 Fellner toured the world performing all the Beethoven Sonatas. He was soloist with conductors like Abbado, Ashkenazy, and Nagano. He also regularly performs with the tenor Mark Padmore. With the Belcea Quartet he will play Brahms' Piano Quintet on a European tour in 2015, followed by a cd-recording. In December 2015 he will make his debut with the Berlin Philharmonic under Bernard Haitink. |
